At our best we feel connected and integral to something deeper and meaningful.
At our worst we feel disconnected and disintegrated.
Finding wholeness brings greater, deeper peace…but it's not easy getting there.
We are required to meet the parts of ourselves we have been conditioned and taught not to accept.
This is the work we can do, and therapy is the steward or mid-wife of this process.
